What is it that takes one deeper into their practice? What makes the practice of yoga grow and develop? It can certainly be many things, inspiration from another, understanding, technique, practice, acceptance and humility and most of all discipline.

David Keil has traveled halfway around the world, more than once to study with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and John Scott; teachings that he will now share with you through this insightful workshop: “It is my sincerest desire to share with you the inspiration, understandings, techniques, practice, acceptance and humility, and of course discipline that I have found and discovered first hand”

The workshop will be focusing on the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and explore new ways to deepen the elements that make up the practice. Bring your questions and your most difficult poses and David will help you unravel the relationship between it and the rest of the practice. You’ll discover the other places in the practice that you can focus on to help the difficult poses.

David will talk about bandhas, breath and dristi as well as the amazing Vinyasa system. You will see your practice completely differently after this workshop.
